The bald prisoner is first seen in the prison cafeteria being served food by Rusty, before going to the dessert table to take one of the red desserts. He takes a seat next to another prisoner, whom he is presumably friends with. When the other prisoners chant that Rusty should open a deli, he stands and joins in.
Later, he is seen cheering on the fight between Rusty and Wet Craig before the perfect Bidoof crashes through the wall. He is last seen escaping the prison with the rest of the criminals.
During the Bidocalypse, he and the prisoner he sat with are seen in the Resistance's base moving crates.
