Julian is an EV (Effort Values) trainer who has had multiple run-ins with Rusty. He is also largely responsible for the creation of the Perfect Bidoof.
Appearance[]
Julian uses the modified Norman sprite from Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. He has black hair that is slicked back, revealing his widow's peak.

History[]
Rusty first met Julian and fought him in a Pokémon battle. After Rusty's level 7 Zubat is defeated by his level 72 Clefairy, Rusty was wowed by Julian's Pokémon's strong skills, and the EV Trainer pointed out that his Pokémon's nature is garbage. Rusty then asks Julian to teach him about EV Training. After a brief montage of Julian teaching him how to EV Train, Rusty concludes that none of the things he learned sounded like fun. Julian tells him that he’ll never get a Pokémon as good as his own. Team Rocket then appears and steals Julian's Clefairy. Rusty realizes that following Team Rocket would lead him to Pikachu and decides to follow them. As Rusty leaves, Julian yells at him to rate and subscribe his how-to videos.
Julian was later seen on the daycare collecting his recently bread egg, which contained a Cleffa, as a replacement for his previous stolen Clefairy, Rusty was amazed at the prospect of making Pokémon and Julian promptly explained to him where babies come from, making Rusty have a breakdown and start crying, Julian offered to teach him how to breed Pokémon so he could feel better, Rusty wanted to recreate his ''Pikachu'', but since he didn't have a Beedrill to work with he decided to settle for a new Bidoof instead. Julian expertly matched Rusty's Bidoof with his dittos according to IVs, and claimed that they would get a shiny Bidoof with an adamant nature in just 2,731 attempts, Julian's Egg then began to hatch with a sexy Cleffa emerging from it he named it ''CLEFFAYE VALENTINE'' After the woman of his dreams, to Julian's dismay though Team rocket crashed in with a truck seemingly killing all the Bidoofs and Dittos and stealing Cleffaye from him like they did last time, after declaring that he was going to marry her when she came of age Rusty declared that he really deserved all of this and left. Unknown to either of them a Shiny Bidoof did indeed hatch, and his actions would shape the world for years to come.
Julian wasn't seen again until the Bidocalypse, as the current leader of ''The Resistance'' Since Red Was Dead at that point, he informed Rusty of the recent events and told him that according to his studies everything bad that had ever happened to anyone was Rusty's fault, he then told Rusty about his plan to send him back in time and stop himself from ever starting his journey, he and his group had captured Dialga and created a time machine, sadly even though Rusty did succeed in stopping his past self, he still re-did his entire journey the same himself, to which Julian was baffled, Peanut Butter then attacked their secret base and doofed or killed most of the members Julian was nearly killed by fallen debris but was trapped, Julian expressed disbelief when Rusty seemingly learned empathy, then Good Rusty showed up with the Celebration Sandwich Julian had ordered, he didn't get to eat it though as it was absorbed by Peanut Butter which made him see the good in the worst of humanity, as a gesture of good will he undid all of his doofy deeds, therefore returning the world to its regular state, Julian presumably went back to EV, IV, training like normal after the event.

- His Pokémon are mainly fairy-types, as it was proven by Team Rocket when they crash through daycare.
