The Lavender Town Lady acts as Rusty's guide while he is in Lavender Town, leading him to the Pokémon Tower. She has only appeared in the episode Ghost Tower.

The Lavender Town Lady has long blond hair and brown eyes. She wears a red dress with no sleeves and white shoes.
History[]
She is a resident of Lavender Town and helps Rusty when he visits the town. She guides him to the Pokémon Tower to catch ghost Pokémon. She warns him that it is insanely evil, but then says that she is just joking and that he should have fun. She warns him of becoming a ghost himself, saying "it happens"
Personality[]
She seems to contradict herself quite a bit and talk in a monotone voice. She may just enjoy trying to scare people. She also tends to laugh far too dramatically.
