The criminal with a mohawk hair-style is a possible murderer who is found leaving Viridian City when Rusty arrives. He presumably killed someone, as he is seen dragging a body bag.
History[]
He is first seen when Rusty enter Viridian City and speaks to the bandanna criminal. He passes without a word dragging a full body bag. It is unknown if he was the murderer or simply transporting the body.
Later, after Peanut Butter's hostile takeover, he was recruited by Red to join his Unified Resistance. Unfortunately, he was killed the rest in their efforts. Julian retold their efforts to stop the perfect Bidoof to Rusty before sending him back in time.
